这部剧里面的政治斗争都很儿戏；但是非要较真的话，一个皇帝偷溜出宫，还跟小混混结拜兄弟，本身就已经很扯了。所以如果忽略掉宫廷背景，单纯当一个爱情喜剧来看的话，这部剧对于主角叁人叁角恋爱的刻画是足够真实的，没有互相撕扯的狗血，剧情让你相信，司徒静最终选择了皇上，是因为皇上对她远比白云飞要更加真心。
