It's full of religious allegories and it somehow makes it both too unsubtle and too subtle. Don't think Al Pacino's performance is that good -- just his usual self, shouting a lot. Honestly I've just been so pissed with the portrayal of women in this film that I sigh while feeling relieved that there's at least some social progress till now.

#2021北京电影节第十一场，3.5星，画面很美，尤其是在夜色月光和星光笼罩下的那个豪宅和湖面，十分漂亮和安静。前面其实大约能够猜到，但是到大结局的时候依然会有些感动，这种时空交错，两代人的见面总是难免让人不被打动，但相对于拍成一部电影来讲，故事还是有些单薄了。
